Key Responsibilities: Complete apartment suite plumbing repairs and renovations
Replace and install plumbing fixtures
Replace water lines, drains, and valves
Perform interior plumbing maintenance and upgrades
Work in occupied and vacant apartment buildings
Requirements: Hold a valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
Maintain $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance
Be licensed and experienced in plumbing
Provide own tools and reliable transportation
Travel outside the GTA occasionally when required
Bring licensed plumbing expertise, dependable equipment, and protected workmanship to apartment projects throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.
