Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for assigned clients
Manage communications through email, phone, and virtual meetings
Conduct business reviews and strategic client check-ins
Support onboarding, implementation, and early client outcomes
Track client success metrics and report results
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Two to three years of digital marketing experience
Client-facing experience in success, accounts, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with a digital marketing agency is mandatory
