The position oversees catering and residence dining hall operations while helping plan, organize, and direct food service activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily food service operations and delegate employee tasks
Coach, motivate, and support employees as required
Coordinate staffing, schedules, payroll, and shift coverage
Manage production planning, waste, records, and cost controls




Enforce food safety standards and HACCP requirements
Requirements: One to three years management experience in food service or hospitality
Robust interpersonal, communication, organizational, and team building skills
Leadership ability to coach and motivate team members
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word knowledge
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
