Operate Minster and Bliss presses as an experienced Punch Press Operator and Die Setter in a hands-on metal stamping setting. Apply setup expertise, blueprint interpretation, and quality focus during production.
This position requires one year of hands-on experience operating and setting up metal stamping equipment. You will install dies, complete production runs, inspect stamped components, and troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues. The work supports efficient manufacturing operations while following safety procedures and production standards.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Minster 6, Minster 7, and Bliss presses
Install, align, adjust, and change dies for production runs
Monitor machine performance and adjust equipment as required
Conduct first-piece, in-process,



and final component inspections
Complete records, maintenance, housekeeping, and troubleshooting duties
Requirements: One year of hands-on metal stamping equipment experience
Experience with Minster 6, Minster 7, and 30-ton Bliss presses
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications
Understanding of safety procedures and production standards
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues
Bring punch press operation, die setting, inspection, and troubleshooting skills to support consistent metal stamping production.
