This permanent full-time position involves rotating 7.5-hour shifts, including scheduled evening and night hours. The successful candidate supports compassionate care through assessment, medications, wound care, and electronic documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Care for acute medical and surgical patient populations
Administer medications according to required certification and experience
Perform physical assessments and provide wound care
Maintain IV lines and support enteral feeding




Document patient care electronically and accurately
Requirements: Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current Heart & Stroke approved BLS provider card upon hire
Experience working with and advocating for elderly patients
Solid communication and patient-centred care skills
Satisfactory employment and attendance record
