Lead credit reviews and collections as a Credit and Collections Supervisor in Mississauga, working in office Monday through Friday.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will run daily credit and collections operations while supervising the team. The position covers customer account maintenance, report review, adjustments, customer relationships, and process improvements. Success requires credit risk analysis, communication, problem-solving, and Excel and Word knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Manage credit reviews, collections, accounts, and reports
Oversee customer master integrity and tax exemption certificates
Approve customer account adjustments and escalate disputes
Follow up on past due invoices and update notes
Supervise, recruit, train, and develop staff
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required
Preferred four-year accounting or finance degree
More than three years' full cycle order-to-cash experience
Credit and business risk analysis ability
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
Apply credit oversight, collections leadership, and risk analysis expertise to support customer accounts in Mississauga.
