This senior coordinator supports branch operations across equipment scheduling, fleet utilization, inventory accuracy, and transportation coordination. You will work with customers, sales representatives, branch personnel, drivers, vendors, and other Herc Rentals locations. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate equipment availability and fleet utilization for customer rentals
Source, transfer, and exchange equipment between Herc Rentals locations
Schedule and track equipment movements with transportation providers
Maintain inventory records and support purchasing processes




Resolve operational challenges while supporting customer requirements
Requirements: Experience in equipment rental, logistics, transportation, or related industries
Background in fleet coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or inventory management
