As a Premium & VIP Experiences Intern, you will support MLSE teams, venues, and live events. You will contribute to commercial initiatives, research hospitality trends, and help evolve premium spaces, memberships, and service offerings. The internship provides practical exposure across premium experiences, innovation, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Support planning and execution of Premium & VIP experiences
Assist VIP member and guest servicing
Research global hospitality trends and best practices
Support premium seating and event-day experiences




Maintain membership information, reporting, and program insights
Requirements: Enrollment in a relevant university or college program
Passion for sports, entertainment, hospitality, and exceptional experiences
Robust organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Discretion, professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail
Availability for selected evenings and weekends
Develop premium hospitality, VIP service, research, and commercial experience across MLSE’s Toronto teams, venues, and events.
