NFI Massachusetts Inc. seeks a full time Awake Overnight Shift Supervisor for its residential youth program. The 11:00pm-7:00am supervisor provides direct care, safety oversight, life skills training, and community engagement. This position also supports social and interpersonal skill development for youth needing temporary out-of-home placement.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee overnight youth counselors throughout the shift
Supervise direct care and maintain youth safety
Remain awake during the entire overnight shift
Conduct routine bed checks and crisis intervention
Provide staff and client guidance, support, and role modeling
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
At least one year of residential counselor experience required
Supervisory experience preferred
Adolescent population experience preferred
Current valid United States driver’s license and age twenty-one requirement
Support youth and overnight staff through residential supervision, direct care, safety oversight, and crisis intervention in Peabody.
