Key Responsibilities: Maintain docketing and reminder systems for foreign patent deadlines
Open records and review data in Inprotech
File U.S. provisional and PCT International applications online
Coordinate foreign application filings through foreign associates




Communicate with patent offices, associates, clients, and legal professionals
Requirements: Two to three years of hands-on experience
Knowledge of foreign patent workflows and processes
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
