Lead overnight pharmacy production in Richmond Hill with automation troubleshooting and workflow coordination at Shoppers Drug Mart. Work Sunday through Thursday, 10pm to 6am.
This full-time Technical Lead supports pharmacy fulfillment operations and reports to the Supervisor. You will coordinate production, assist Pharmacy Assistants, resolve workflow issues, and collaborate with leadership and vendors. The position emphasizes operational support, quality checks, resource allocation, and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor production status and redistribute resources across stores
Resolve workflow issues before escalating to leadership
Provide supplies, conduct quality checks, and support initiatives
Assist with general Pharmacy Assistant duties when required




Coordinate daily objectives with leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements: Experience with automation equipment, software, and production tools
Technical troubleshooting ability with robust attention to detail
Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
