The Patient Food Service Supervisor reports to the Manager of Patient Food Services. You will coordinate daily site activities, supervise front-line staff, and maintain efficient operations. Key work includes recruitment, training, payroll, inventory management, and clinical diet communication.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day Patient Food Services activities
Supervise, recruit, train, schedule, and manage front-line employees
Monitor budgets, inventory, performance targets, and food service quality
Process adult and infant formula orders accurately
Implement safety, risk management,



and quality improvement standards
Requirements: Minimum three years leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Diploma or degree in dietetics, nutrition, food service management, or dietary technology
Experience hiring, scheduling, and directing assigned employees
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Robust communication, organization, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
