Build VIP loyalty through personalized service as a Casino Host, using customer relationships and floor presence in a 24-hour operation.
Reporting to the Manager, Player Development, the Casino Host serves current and new Premium Mass players. The role supports Player Development events, guest requests, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns. Strong communication, relationship building, and sound judgment guide every interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Approach and check in with hosted players on the gaming floor
Develop attentive relationships with Premium Mass and VIP players
Arrange show tickets, dining, transportation, reservations, and available comps
Analyze guest play using CRM tools and player reports
Support loyalty programs, promotions,



and special events
Requirements: Minimum two years marketing, sales, loyalty, or guest service experience
High School diploma; relevant post-secondary education is an asset
Robust service-oriented communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work under pressure and safeguard confidential information
SIR, Smart Serve, or IGB Certificate
Bring floor visibility, guest communication, CRM analysis, and personalized service to Premium Mass player development and loyalty.
