Maintain safe, productive properties with QuadReal Property Group as a Level 2 Building Operator overseeing HVAC and life safety systems. This mobile role requires travel between properties.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this intermediate building operations position supports maintenance across a portfolio. The work includes computerized control systems, mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, environmental assessments, and emergency response. You will help coordinate vendors, service contracts, tenant improvements, and capital projects while supporting safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies
Monitor computerized control systems and utility readings
Oversee HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety maintenance
Coordinate approved vendors,



contractors, and service contracts
Perform inspections, reports, housekeeping, and environmental assessments
Requirements: Minimum three years of related building operations experience
In-depth knowledge of HVAC and life safety equipment
Ability to read mechanical, architectural, electrical, and structural drawings
Valid G driver's license with a clean record
Availability for on-call coverage and emergency call-outs
