SGGG Fund Services is seeking an entry-level Trust Banking Officer reporting to the Manager, Trust Banking Officer. You will provide back-office administration while using Microsoft Excel, communicating efficiently, and supporting customer service. This is not an accounting or finance stream role.
Key Responsibilities: Make wire payments and process EFTs
Prepare and issue cheques for invoices and trades
Confirm Fundserv N$M payments process successfully
Produce and deliver daily settlement reports
Reconcile trust statements and investigate account breaks
Requirements: High school diploma or higher
One year financial services experience or transferable experience
Reliability, accountability, and robust attention to detail
Excel proficiency and simple math calculation skills
Efficient communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
