Key Responsibilities: Create test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
Document software defects through the Jira bug tracking system
Conduct compatibility, regression, usability, and negative testing




Monitor bug resolution and program performance
Investigate customer problems and perform initial debugging
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or working experience in lieu
Experience in a technology-based setup
Working knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
Experience with XML, JSON, and relevant editors
Working experience with loyalty, mobile, and card payments
