As a Supply Chain Operations Crewing Coordinator, you will maintain employee information, assess forecasts, and support shift planning. You will coordinate frontline assignments, update Workforce Management records, and provide schedule visibility to management. The role also manages access, bidding, and day-to-day processes.
Key Responsibilities: Enter layoffs, excusals, planned overtime, and access issues
Generate crewing displays and weekly production schedules
Maintain employee classifications, statuses, training, and cross-training




Monitor absenteeism and rearrange schedules for staffing gaps
Execute annual shift and vacation bid processes
Requirements: College diploma and relevant experience
Experience preferably in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and manage competing priorities
Demonstrated planning and organization skills
Bring workforce planning, schedule coordination, and employee communication skills to PepsiCo Canada’s crewing operations team.
