As Campus Store Manager, you will lead all facets of store operations while supporting a Regional Manager with campus relationships. You will execute operating plans, review financials, manage merchandise decisions, and maintain brand and operational excellence. The role also includes developing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting course materials activities.
Key Responsibilities: Execute operating plans during traditional and rush periods
Lead promotions, events, displays, layouts, and advertising copy
Review financials and manage markups, markdowns, and write-offs




Develop teams through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management
Maintain customer service, store standards, safety, and asset security
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Three to five years of retail management experience
General computer skills
Solid organizational, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
Travel under ten percent
Bring operational leadership, financial acumen, team development, and customer service expertise to Follett campus retail operations.
