As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage recruitment assignments and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers. The role supports company growth through sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding. It covers Quebec, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full recruitment cycles from needs assessment through onboarding
Source candidates for open roles across three provinces
Develop strategies targeting active and passive talent
Advise hiring managers as a recruitment subject matter expert




Apply fair candidate assessment and selection practices
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
At least one year of talent acquisition experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Comfort using applicant tracking systems; Dayforce is an asset
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
