Support Regional Security Services as an Administrative Secretary in Winnipeg, using scheduling and Microsoft Office skills in person during day shifts.
Reporting to the Director, Protection Services, this full-time position provides general administrative support within WRHA Corporate. You will coordinate meetings, manage records, support payroll activities, process correspondence, and maintain staff coverage information. The work requires organized administration across wide-ranging responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule appointments, meetings, and meeting rooms
Provide timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll support
Complete word processing, data entry, and statistical collection
Maintain records, staff schedules, and coverage information




Process correspondence, invoices, and expense claims
Requirements: Two years’ related experience, including scheduling and timekeeping
Completed Manitoba high school education
Formal post-secondary administrative assistant program completion
Fifty words-per-minute keyboarding speed
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency
Bring confidential administration, scheduling, records management, and computerized systems experience to Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
