Within TD Canada Trust’s Personal & Commercial Banking line, you will connect with existing and prospective customers. The role focuses on financial reviews, portfolio updates, banking solutions, and advice aligned with customer goals. You will also support frontline colleagues and protect customer information.
Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
Ask thoughtful questions to deepen customer relationships
Provide personalized advice and address financial concerns
Discuss portfolio updates and additional solutions
Handle customer problems for frontline staff
Requirements: High school diploma or one year relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in a related field is an asset
Completion of IFIC or equivalent
Complete CFSA within twelve months if hired
Knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes
