The YMCA seeks a General Manager, Pre-Kindergarten, to lead daily operations and enforce Association policies and procedures. You will manage Regional Managers and the Child Care Coordinator while supporting staff, families, and program goals. The position includes travel to sites when required.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily Pre-Kindergarten programs according to regulations
Monitor, evaluate, and improve program quality continuously
Mentor Regional Managers and Child Care Staff
Resolve family and staff concerns professionally
Lead meetings supporting operational goals and strategic alignment
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma or degree
Four to five years progressive leadership experience
Strong communication and customer service experience
Microsoft Office computer knowledge
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
