This six-month, office-based Recruiter role supports hiring leaders and human resources peers. You will guide end-to-end recruitment, craft job ads, assess candidates, and conduct behavioral-based interviews. The position follows a regular 40-hour Monday-to-Friday work week from the Stoney Creek office.

Requirements: Three years of in-house, full cycle recruitment experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
