Bridgehead seeks an experienced Coffeehouse Manager and self-starter passionate about people and exceptional service. You will educate, support, and train frontline employees while maintaining standards for cleanliness, product delivery, and efficiency. The position combines leadership, administration, financial control, and community-centered hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: Lead teams toward outstanding hospitality and Bridgehead standards
Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate frontline employees
Manage records, cash practices, inventory, payroll, and purchasing




Respond to customer needs and maintain inviting coffeehouse surroundings
Develop store plans and collaborate with managers and Support Staff
Requirements: Two to three-plus years managing a store
Established hospitality qualified with an exemplary track record
Proven financial and inventory management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 40 kilograms
