Build and support Lightspeed’s ServiceNow platform with JavaScript, ITSM, and HRSD expertise in a flexible work setting. Develop technical solutions across enterprise workflows and integrations.
As a hands-on ServiceNow Developer, you will configure, develop, and administer development, staging, and production instances. You will support ITSM and HRSD applications while extending platform capabilities through custom development and third-party integrations. The work includes stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, releases, and platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and catalog components
Design and troubleshoot REST, SOAP, OAuth, and webhook integrations
Monitor platform health and optimize scripts and flows




Support ITSM and HRSD workflows and automations
Manage roles, ACLs, permissions, upgrades, and releases
Requirements: Hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
Strong JavaScript, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax scripting skills
Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog development
Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow solutions
Complex troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
