As an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading activities. You will coach colleagues, conduct training, monitor productivity, and support safety compliance. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities: Manage night-shift selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading
Support Motorola scanners, Zebra printers, tablets, and CANVAS
Coach colleagues toward engineered labour standards and productivity goals
Complete safety inspections, observations, coach cards, and audits
Generate productivity reports and address indirect-time barriers
Requirements: Minimum two years’ logistics or warehouse experience
Preferred five years’ logistics or warehouse experience
Preferred warehouse supervisory experience
High school diploma required
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
