This Medical Laboratory Technologist position focuses on microbiology testing, interpretation, reporting, and patient information confidentiality. You will prepare samples, maintain documentation, support quality assurance, and participate in workflow problem solving. LifeLabs teaching laboratories also support knowledge sharing and student placements.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic and interpretive microbiology specimen testing
Prepare, label, and process samples accurately
Interpret and release confidential patient results
Identify non-conformities and support corrective action plans




Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Requirements: Medical Laboratory Science diploma, degree, or equivalent education and experience
CMLTO registration in good standing
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
Computer skills with Microsoft Office and laboratory analyzers
Ability to distinguish multiple colors
