This contract Janitor/Maintenance position supports building upkeep inside and out. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and general cleaning. The role also responds to tenant and customer requests while supporting seasonal exterior maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Sweep and mop floors throughout the building
Vacuum carpets and empty trash
Sanitize restrooms and high-traffic areas
Clear snow and complete seasonal landscaping
Respond to tenant and customer requests
Requirements: Operate commercial cleaning and snow removal equipment
Work safely with cleaning chemicals; training provided
Stand and walk for extended periods
Work independently while managing multiple tasks
Remain reliable, friendly, courteous, and professional
Support Anthem’s Gibsons property with dependable cleaning, seasonal maintenance, customer response, and minor repair abilities.
