Lead automotive recycling operations in Laval with Kenny U-Pull, applying team management and customer service expertise every day. Monday-to-Friday scheduling includes every second weekend.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager organizes daily work teams and supports operational efficiency and quality. This leadership role includes training, performance follow-up, inventory control, and collaboration with Project Managers. You will help meet production and sales goals while improving branch processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage, train, develop, and motivate production and customer service teams
Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for all employees
Ensure consistently excellent customer service experiences
Control vehicles, tires, batteries, and materials inventory
Purchase and sell used vehicles
Requirements: Minimum five years of customer service experience
Minimum five years of team management experience
Knowledge of automotive parts considered an asset
Leadership and quick learning abilities
Robust stress management skills
Bring leadership, customer service, and operational oversight experience to Kenny U-Pull’s Laval automotive recycling branch.
