Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Lease Administrator to support the Corporate Services Division across our Canadian sites.
Reporting to the Facilities Director, you will help coordinate renewals, terminations, relocations, and new lease transactions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely milestones. The role requires 3–5 years in commercial leasing or related real estate administration, with solid MS Office skills and experience with lease management systems.
