Support exploration programs near Kirkland Lake as an Exploration Field Technician using geological data, core sampling, and field equipment.
At Agnico Eagle, this technician supports the Exploration team while reporting to the Exploration Logistics Coordinator. The work combines field mapping, sampling, surveys, core facility operations, data management, and contractor coordination. You will help achieve exploration objectives while respecting health, safety, environmental, and cultural standards.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in mapping, sampling, surveys, and outcrop washing
Collect, validate, and manage geological, environmental, and operational data
Handle, sample, scan, track, and ship exploration cores
Operate field equipment and coordinate contractors and logistics




Support environmental compliance, planning, and continuous improvement
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
Strong health, safety, and environmental commitment
Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Valid driver’s license and solid organizational skills
