Operate forklifts and lifting equipment for Silent-Aire in a warehouse and shipping environment. Support material movement, inventory accuracy, and protected handling procedures.
As a Forklift Operator, you will move materials around storage yards and factory locations supporting Silent-Aire, a Johnson Controls division. The work includes loading, unloading, storage, shipping, receiving, documentation, and routine equipment maintenance. You will communicate with your assigned work team, Inventory and Materials Supervisors, and Production and Plant Management.
Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts, hoists, platforms, beams, and swivel hooks
Load and unload materials from pallets and lifting devices
Put received materials into proper storage locations




Complete inventory transactions and supporting documentation
Ship and receive products accurately
Requirements: Two years of forklift experience in warehouse or shipping environments
Valid forklift operator license
Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting procedures
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Ability to move equipment or supplies exceeding 40 pounds
Bring licensed forklift operation, warehouse shipping experience, and accurate inventory practices to Silent-Aire’s material-handling operations.
