This Inside Sales Representative position supports customers at an established automotive repair shop. You will create work orders, arrange bookings, provide service quotes, and recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services. The work also includes customer follow-up, billing, inventory documentation, and computer processing.
Key Responsibilities: Create work orders and arrange technician bookings
Provide quotes, obtain authorization, and finalize sales
Recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services
Process billing and customer information accurately
Complete customer follow-up calls and inventory documentation
Requirements: Automotive or tire industry experience is an asset
Effective listening skills for identifying customer needs
Knowledge of tires and mechanical services
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
Willingness to work occasional busy-season Saturdays
Bring customer service, automotive knowledge, and accurate sales administration to Fountain Tire’s Grande Prairie service team.
