Reporting to the Manager of Satellite Offices, you will deliver client-centered settlement services and collaborate across ANC divisions. Key Responsibilities: Help clients find, stabilize, and maintain housing
Complete housing applications with Satellite Office clients
Deliver workshops, counselling, and crisis intervention
Educate clients about housing options and tenant rights




Maintain landlord lists, files, statistics, and reports
Requirements: Relevant Human Services degree or equivalent experience
Previous case management experience with vulnerable populations
Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
