Robertson seeks a Student Financial Advisor/Learner Account Advisor for its admissions process. You will explain Federal and Provincial assistance, alternative financing, contracts, and payment plans. Accuracy, compliance, prompt follow-through, and respectful communication support each learner’s funding process.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct preliminary financing interviews within 24 hours of contract
Explain loan counseling, eligibility, payment plans, and obligations
Complete NOA and COE documentation for each student
Review applications and disclosure statements for accuracy




Monitor loan documents through first disbursement
Requirements: Minimum two years’ financial or customer service experience
Provincial student loan program familiarity is an asset
Strong skilled telephone communication skills
Experience with internet-based communication tools
Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines
Bring financial advising, loan counseling, and accurate documentation skills to Robertson’s Calgary admissions and learner accounts team.
