As a Catering Server, you will deliver and serve food and beverages at scheduled functions. You will prepare tables, serve plated dinners, and respond to guest requests. The work also includes temperature logs, cleanup, inventory, storage, and protected sanitation practices.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations
Assist with food and table preparation before events
Arrange buffet tables according to service standards
Serve plated dinners and respond to guest requests
Clean locations, equipment, and catering facilities after events
Requirements: Minimum one year of similar environment experience
Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
Responsible Beverage Service Certificate for the applying province
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize deliveries and read event orders accurately
