Support Canadian Armed Forces members in office at CANEX through retail service, merchandising, cash handling, and customer assistance. French is essential for this position.
As a Department Associate with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you support CANEX retail operations for CAF members and military families. Your work includes stocking, facing, signing, ordering, pricing, sales guidance, and handling customer concerns. You may also provide convenience, food service, postal, lottery, dry cleaning, and self-serve gas services.
Key Responsibilities: Set up departments, stock shelves, face products, and maintain proper signage
Guide customers on sales and products
Address customer concerns and complaints to support satisfaction




Operate point of sale systems and debit or credit machines
Prepare food orders and maintain clean service areas
Requirements: Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience
Food Handling Certification, as required
Experience in retail and convenience operations
Experience handling cash, sales, and merchandising
French essential, with food service experience
Bring client focus, communication, teamwork, and retail experience to CANEX while supporting Canadian Armed Forces communities through CFMWS.
