This Star Attendant position supports the Experience Destination at Mercedes-Benz Toronto Queensway. The successful candidate brings one to two years of customer service or reception experience, along with organization, attention to detail, and independence. The position welcomes dealership visitors, gathers basic information, directs customers, and handles administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome dealership customers and ask about their visit
Direct visitors to departments and dealership facilities
Obtain basic customer information using a computer system




Maintain basic dealership knowledge for incoming callers
Complete administrative duties as required
Requirements: One to two years customer service or reception experience
Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
Professional verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organization, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
