As a Registered Nurse in Covenant Health's Surgery Float Pool, you will provide care across vascular, general, orthopedic, plastic, gynecological, and ENT surgery units. You will assess patients, plan and deliver care, administer medications, evaluate treatments, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Patient and family education, discharge planning, and occasional charge nurse duties are included.
Key Responsibilities: Complete nursing assessments and establish care priorities

Requirements: Registered Nurse program graduation or recognized equivalent
Active College of Registered Nurses of Alberta registration
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C certification
Minimum one year surgical or acute care experience
Successful recent surgical preceptorship may meet experience requirement
