QuadReal Property Group in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to provide accurate financial reporting for our real estate portfolio. You will produce statements, analyze variances and support month-end close with robust attention to detail.
The role requires CPA designation or equivalent experience, at least five years in commercial/retail property accounting, and proficiency in Yardi and Excel.
