Prepare hydro turbine estimates and proposals using bid analysis and supplier pricing while coordinating with Engineering, Production, Sales, and Management.
This Proposal Coordinator position develops accurate technical and commercial submissions for hydro turbine projects. You will review tenders, define scopes, obtain supplier quotations, and build estimate sheets for review. The work also includes customer-site job walks, proposal transitions, and CRM updates.
Key Responsibilities: Review tender packages, drawings, schedules, and customer requirements
Define scopes, exclusions, assumptions, clarifications, and inclusions
Issue RFQs, compare quotations, and clarify supplier questions
Present estimates and incorporate Sales and Management feedback




Prepare complete proposals before bid deadlines
Requirements: Two to five years estimating, proposals, or tendering experience
Heavy manufacturing, machining, fabrication, hydro, or rotating equipment experience
Mechanical, industrial, related diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
Ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials
Advanced Excel, CRM, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Apply proposal coordination expertise, cost estimating accuracy, and hydro industry knowledge to support complete, timely project bids.
