As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will liaise with clients, project teams, and IT during new and existing account work. Your responsibilities span integration requirements, ERP documentation, field mapping, testing, SOW coordination, reporting, and helpdesk support. Success includes secure, efficient integrations that reduce errors and downtime while meeting client needs. Strong communication, organization, and ownership are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate client onboarding and system integration activities
Review ERP documentation and integration field mapping




Manage end-to-end testing for recent integrations
Support SOW scope, progress, billing, and reporting
Provide troubleshooting and guidance for client issues
Requirements: One or more years customer service and integration experience
One or more years using Aspire or similar warehouse processes
Familiarity with Word, Outlook, Excel, and Office 365
Ability to interpret customer needs and communicate openly
Willingness to uphold NRI Leadership principles
Bring integration coordination, client service, testing, and communication skills to NRI's onsite technology team in British Columbia.
