Key Responsibilities: Manage client portfolios and provide exceptional customer service
Review coverage, exposures, loss experience, and product requirements
Maintain quotes, contracts, endorsements, cancellations, and account documentation
Delegate, develop, coach, and review Account Assistant work




Ensure accurate servicing, billing, and EPIC workflow compliance
Requirements: Commercial insurance breadth and coverage wording depth
Level II license or equivalent with relevant industry experience
Mentorship, delegation, leadership, and team motivation skills
Diplomacy, business acumen, and customer service focus
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC skills
