Key Responsibilities: Prepare deposits and maintain cash records across multiple entities
Complete bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies monthly
Process accounts payable transactions across multiple entities
Prepare journal entries supporting accurate financial reporting




Maintain accurate intercompany account reconciliations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
One to two or more years of full-cycle accounting experience
Experience with bank reconciliations and accounts payable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Current Greater Toronto Area residence and Canadian work authorization
