Coordinate IKEA fulfilment operations using planning, technical systems, and team supervision in a high-volume operational environment.
Officially titled Fulfilment Operations Coordinator, this position supports IKEA’s behind-the-scenes supply process. You will coordinate picking, packing, loading, unloading, replenishment, safety, and daily routines. The work focuses on availability, efficiency, productivity, and customer-focused order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead picking, packing, loading, unloading, and replenishment
Perform fulfilment tasks within agreed customer-focused timelines
Maintain clean, organised, and secure fulfilment areas
Ensure safety requirements, procedures, and training compliance




Supervise processes and act on improvement opportunities
Requirements: Degree in economics, logistics, supply chain, or related field
Equivalent retail or logistics experience with proven results
Experience using technical equipment and operational systems efficiently
Ability to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve operations
Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong asset
Bring operational coordination, process improvement, technical systems, and team guidance to IKEA’s customer-focused fulfilment operations.
