Support Vancouver customers with banking advice and digital education as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee at TD Canada Trust. This full-time role includes 37.5 hours weekly.
As a trainee in Personal & Commercial Banking, you will handle service transactions, understand customer needs, and guide clients toward suitable banking solutions. You will support branch operations, resolve problems, and build confidence in mobile, ATM, and online banking. Training and onboarding are provided.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate staff and banking solutions
Educate customers about digital banking channels
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions




Complete accurate processes and regulatory documentation
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Mobility within the assigned district and region
Build customer relationships through banking advice, digital education, accurate transactions, and solid communication with TD Canada Trust clients.
