As Sales Coordinator, you will keep opportunities moving and maintain reliable sales information. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will manage ConnectWise records, quotes, and pipeline preparation. The position offers growth toward inside sales for the right person.
Key Responsibilities: Contact active and dormant client accounts daily
Update owners, stages, values, probabilities, and next steps
Prepare pipeline dashboards for weekly sales meetings
Track quote follow-ups and prevent stale proposals
Deliver weekly sales activity summaries
Requirements: Two to three years in sales support or coordination
Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA/CRM platforms
Comfort speaking with clients by phone daily
Strong organization and attention to detail
Transparent written communication and reporting skills
Bring CRM administration, client outreach, and pipeline discipline to Design Electronics while developing inside sales capability.
