Prepare cargo for Company flights using load planning, documentation, and dangerous goods compliance while supporting on-time performance.
Reporting to the Manager, Cargo Operations, the Cargo Loadmaster prepares and allocates freight for Company flights. The work supports customer service and on-time performance by following SOPs. Responsibilities include warehouse handling, manifests, shipment labeling, and TC regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare pre-loads and final loads for scheduled flights
Pick manifest shipments from appropriate warehouse locations
Line up freight for Ramp staff
Provide dangerous goods paperwork with departing freight
Organize and maintain the warehouse
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to obtain required transportation security clearances
Warehousing and forklift experience considered assets
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Apply cargo preparation, warehouse organization, and regulatory documentation skills as a Cargo Loadmaster supporting Company flight operations.
