YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks a Permanent Lunchtime Supervisor under the School Principal’s direction. You will monitor students indoors and outdoors, encourage respectful interactions, and communicate concerns or atypical situations. The work supports a safe, caring, positive, and friendly lunch environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch breaks
Monitor behavior and encourage respect, kindness, and inclusivity
Report misconduct and concerns to the Principal or designate
Support appropriate play and identify out-of-bounds areas




Assist with emergencies, training sessions, and staff meetings
Requirements: Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education
Minimum one month of experience required
Positive communication skills and positive demeanor
Ability to respect school confidentiality requirements
Experience working with children and monitoring multiple activities
Bring communication, supervision, and student-support skills to this permanent lunchtime assignment at St. David, Maple.
