The Agent, National Sales administers seized moveable assets through the remarketing process. Working within the Collateral Management team, this position verifies information from Recovery and supply chain sources. It follows service level agreements, standard operating procedures, and CMS standards while supporting the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities: Administer files throughout the remarketing and disposition process
Action queues and tasks within prescribed timelines
Meet daily productivity targets and quality expectations
Maintain current knowledge of standard operating procedures
Relay important information to management promptly
Requirements: Secondary education diploma preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of automobiles and moveable property
Knowledge of PPSR considered an asset
Ability to work independently with robust communication skills
Support TRADER’s CMS operations with automotive knowledge, accurate documentation, and disciplined national sales administration in Etobicoke.
